அடுத்த "அட" என்கிற ஒரு அரசாணை நடுவண் அரசு மூலமாகவும் அதை தொடர்ந்து தமிழக அரசாலும் கொணரப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அரசு ஊழியர்களின் குடும்பத்தில் திருமணமாகாத (அ) விவாகரத்தான (அ) விதவை மகள்களுக்கும் ஓய்வூதியம் பெற ஆயுள்வரைக்கும் தகுதியுடையவர்ர்களாகின்றனர். இதனால் அரசுக்கு செலவு அதிகரிக்கும். சில நிபந்தனைகளுடன் இது வழங்கப்படுகின்றது.

உதாரணமாக அவர்களுடைய மாத வருமானம் 2550ரூ மிகாமல் இருத்தல் வேண்டும். அதே சமயம் அந்த குடும்பத்தில் இத்தகைய சலுகை பெருபவர்கள் இருத்தல் கூடாது. அரசு நிர்ணயித்துள்ள வறுமைக்கோடு இதில் கடைபிடித்திருக்கிறார்கள் என்று தோன்றுகிறது (அதாவது 32ரூ..மூன்று பேர் வரை சமாளிக்கலாம்)..

இத்தகைய வசதி மற்ற ஓய்வூதியதார்களுக்கும் வழங்கப்படுமேயானால்,பல குடும்பங்கள் பயன்பெறக் கூடும். இது தொடர்பான குற்றங்கள் குறையலாம்..

While seeing the facilities available for the physically challenged in developed countries, i always was longing to see the same to be available for them in India. The comfort and confidence what they get with the facilities was amazing. At least it is nice to see a first step is attempted..
